Wheat farmers cultivate local, specialty markets

I think the story written by Ching Lee from the CA Farm Bureau will resonate with many of you grain growers in CA. We need more of the infrastructure required to grow, harvest, clean, and process the grains into flour or ready to eat as food grade.

We should be able to look into more grant access with USDA or CDFA. This will be my task for the upcoming months. I might need to organize a task force, so if you are interested in being part of this committee to help me with this, I will really appreciate it. Let’s make this happen!
