What kind of set-up are you using? How is it working? What advice would help you out?
I am very interested in anyone’s thoughts on this topic.
We used to have our rye seed cleaned and bagged by French Camp elevator, but they have a large contract for next year and are not doing any small batches anymore. Has anyone used any other elevator in or around the Stanislaus county region for this service?
We are considering purchasing a seed cleaner if we need to, any recommendations for a cleaner that will do a good job at 1-3 tons an hour? We are currently looking at the clipper eclipse 334.

I will suggest to bring this question to our farmer’s session on Oct 16th. Maybe we can have some Q&As at the end and you might be able to get some growers responses there also. Just a thought.
