Somewhere in SoCal/LA or the Central Coast for a batch of oats the Cuyama Buckhorn is buying from up north?

It’s too much roller for this purpose- just a wee restaurant buying local (un-rolled) oats. So we would indeed be very interested in learning who your buyer is and whether or not they’d be open to rolling a small batch! thanks!
